Subscribing to a listserv requires the user to subscribe to the list, then change their e-mail address if they wish. In most cases, the listserv opens with a pre-addressed, blank message. The CDE maintains two Listservs, DLINSTRUCT-L and RESOURCE-L. DLINSTRUCT-L is an open, unmoderated list that is useful for all California campuses. Jayne Dickson is the list’s owner. The RESOURCE-L list is the primary conduit for sharing information and promoting discussion. CDL staff members manage this list, and new ResourceLiaisons can sign up. Holly Eggleston runs the list.
